How It Works:
More effective than FSBO! We are a local company that focuses on local customers. We give you the tools and support you need to sell your property at the best possible price, while saving you thousands in commission. We provide all necessary paperwork and list the property. We also provide a for sale sign for the front yard. Your property will be listed on the MLS and published to numerous real estate websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and Redfin. You will field all calls, schedule all appointments and show the property to all interested buyers. Once a buyer is found, Access Realty will review and advise on the purchase agreement and guide you through the closing process.
What are the fees:
It’s an $500 up front fee and $500 due at close, that’s the total fee on the listing side. We do not compete with you, if we get a call on the property we send it to you directly. You will never pay more than $1,000 on the listing side. This is an Exclusive Agency contract meaning: if a buyer calls you directly and you sell the property yourself, without the help of a cooperating broker you owe no more commission. If a cooperating broker does brings a buyer for the property, you negotiate with that broker directly on the buyer side commission. The maximum listing price for selling your property would be $1,000. If the property does not sell, you do not owe the $500 due at the close.
