How It Works: Flat Fee Listing
It’s a $500.00 upfront fee and $500.00 due at close. We give you the tools and support you need to get your property sold, but you help out with the leg work. We take the listing and put the property on the MLS. You will field the calls, set the appointments and show the property. Access Realty will review all contracts and assist in contract negotiation. We help coordinate all pre-close activities including: inspections, appraisal, working with the lender and title company. This is an Exclusive Agency Listing meaning you can sell the property directly to a buyer. If you secure a buyer for the property all that is owed is the $500.00 due Access Realty at the close. You pay no other commission. If a cooperating broker brings a buyer for the property, that broker is paid a 2% commission at the close. This is at least a 50% savings over traditional listings and a savings of thousands of dollars! If the property does not sell you do not owe Access Realty the $500.00 due at close. The property is listed on the MLS and syndicated on numerous local and national real estate websites. Additional marketing includes: yard sign, flyers, broker tour and open house.
