What's the catch?

There is no catch! Your property is marketed just like any other listing. You help out with the leg work and save thousands of dollars in the process. 

Who shows the property?

You are responsible for showing the property. Buyers and agents will contact you directly to set appointments for showing the property.

Will I owe commission to the buyers agent?

If another agent brings a buyer for the property you will owe that agent a commission. With a flat fee listing, if you secure a buyer for the property you will not owe a buyer agent commission. 

What happens when I get an offer?

All offers will be sent to Access Realty. Once an offer is received we will contact you to review the offer. 

Can I have an open house?

Yes! We encourage you to told your house open as often as you can. 

How long does it take to get listed?

We can have your property listed within 24 hours. It usually does not take more than one day to get the paperwork done and get you listed on the MLS. 

How long does the listing last?

The listing is for 6 months. You can purchase and additional 6 months for $250.00.

How are you different from other agents?

We are exactly the same as other agents except we charge a lot less!

What happens if I find a buyer?

Congrats on a job well done! Once you have a buyer ready to put in an offer, contact us and we will put a contract package together for you. 

Why doesn't everyone use your service?

A lot of people do not know of our service. However a lot of people do know about us and use our service. These types of listings are getting more and more popular every year. 

Is $1,000.00 all I owe on the listing side?

Yes. It's $500.00 up front and $500.00 due at the close. If the property does not sell you do not owe the $500.00 due at close. 

Does this work?

Absolutely! Your house is listed and marketed just like any other property. If the house is priced right it will sell.
